Zavrino (“Zavrino”, “we”, “us”) runs the website zavrino.in, an Indian cashback and rewards service. We decide how and why your personal data is processed for the purposes in this policy.

2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and, if you choose, mobile number.
- Claim details: store name, order ID, order date and order value for each cashback claim.
- Payout details: your UPI ID, or bank account holder name, account number and IFSC when you ask us to pay by bank transfer.
- Messages: anything you write to us by email or through the contact form.
Data collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to keep the website secure and working. This website does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not set its own cookies.
Data from partner stores
When an order is tracked, the partner store or its affiliate network sends us sale details such as the order ID, order date, order value and status. These reports don't normally include your name or payment details.
3. How we use your data
- To match your claim with partner sales reports and track its status.
- To pay confirmed cashback to your UPI ID or bank account.
- To reply to your messages and send updates about your claims and withdrawals.
- To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate claims and misuse of offers.
- To keep records required by law and to resolve disputes.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law. We rely on the consent you give when you send us your details, and on legitimate uses permitted by law, such as complying with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 8); this won't affect processing already carried out, but we may then be unable to process pending claims or payouts.
5. Who we share it with
- Partner stores and affiliate networks: order ID, order date and order value, only to verify a claim. We don't share your payout details with them.
- Banks and payment providers: the payout details needed to send your cashback.
- Service providers: our website host and email provider, who process data on our behalf.
- Authorities: when required by law, court order or to protect against fraud.
6. Cookies and partner sites
This website does not set cookies. When you tap Shop via Zavrino, you leave our website and the partner store or its affiliate network may set cookies to attribute your purchase. Those cookies are governed by the store's and network's own privacy policies. Blocking them may stop your cashback from tracking.
7. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep claim, payout and message records for as long as needed to process claims and payouts and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete them. The website is served over HTTPS and access to your data is limited to people who need it to handle your request.
Email isn't fully secure. Never send us an OTP, UPI PIN, card number, CVV or password — we will never ask for them.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it's used;
- correct or complete inaccurate data;
- erase your data, where we're not required to keep it;
- withdraw consent;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
Email support@zavrino.in from the address you used with us, with the subject “Privacy request”, or choose “Privacy or data request” on our contact form. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Children
Zavrino is meant for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, please contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
