1. Accepting these terms
By using zavrino.in or sending us a cashback claim or withdrawal request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Cashback Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Zavrino.
2. Our service
Zavrino lists offers from partner stores. When you buy from a partner store through a Zavrino link and the store pays us a commission for that sale, we share part of it with you as cashback, on the terms of the offer and our Cashback Policy. Zavrino is not a seller of any product or service listed by partner stores.
3. Who can use Zavrino
- You must be at least 18 years old and live in India.
- Cashback is paid only to a UPI ID or Indian bank account in your own name.
- You must give accurate information and use one email address for all your claims.
4. Partner stores and offers
- Partner stores are independent businesses. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store. Product quality, pricing, delivery, warranty, returns and refunds are the store's responsibility.
- Offers, rates and conditions are set with each store and can change or end at any time. The conditions in force when you make your purchase apply.
- We take care to show offers accurately. If an offer is shown with an error, the rate agreed with the store applies, and we'll tell you if a correction affects your claim.
5. Cashback
- Cashback is paid only for orders the store confirms to us, and only in line with the Cashback Policy.
- Cashback is not guaranteed. Pending cashback has no cash value until it is confirmed.
- Confirmed cashback is a reward balance owed to you, not a bank deposit, and cannot be transferred to another person.
6. Things you must not do
- Send false, altered or duplicate claims, or claim for orders not placed through a Zavrino link.
- Use multiple identities or email addresses to get extra rewards.
- Use bots, scripts or other automated means to use the site or offers.
- Buy in bulk for resale, or use offers in ways the offer's conditions exclude.
- Impersonate Zavrino, a store or anyone else, or interfere with the website's security.
7. Suspected misuse
If we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, we may pause or decline claims, withhold or reverse related cashback, and stop providing the service to you. We'll tell you the reason unless the law or an investigation prevents it, and you can respond by email.
8. Intellectual property
The Zavrino name, logo, design and website content belong to Zavrino. Store names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers; their appearance doesn't mean the store endorses Zavrino beyond the partnership.
9. Third-party websites
Offer links take you to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, security or privacy practices.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep Zavrino available and accurate, but the website is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Zavrino is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any act or omission of a partner store, and our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to confirmed cashback owed to you and not yet paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page and don't affect cashback already confirmed.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere, courts in Manipur have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact us first — most issues can be resolved by email.
