1. Zavrino doesn't charge you
Zavrino doesn't sell products and doesn't charge fees for using the website, sending claims or withdrawing cashback. Because you don't pay Zavrino anything, there is no payment for Zavrino to refund.
2. Refunds for purchases
Purchases are made directly with partner stores. Order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled by the store under its own policies — please contact the store for these.
3. How cancellations and returns affect cashback
- If an order is cancelled or fully returned, the store won't pay commission and the cashback is declined.
- If part of an order is returned, cashback is recalculated on the items you keep, as reported by the store.
- If a store reverses a sale after we've paid cashback for it, we'll tell you and may adjust the amount against your future confirmed cashback.
4. Cancelling a claim
You can cancel a claim at any time before it's confirmed by emailing support@zavrino.in from the address you used for the claim, with the order ID.
5. Cancelling a withdrawal request
You can cancel a withdrawal request until we've sent the payment. Email support@zavrino.in with the subject “Cancel withdrawal”. The amount stays in your confirmed balance.
6. Failed or incorrect payouts
- If a payout fails — for example, the UPI ID is inactive — the amount returns to your confirmed balance and we'll email you to update your details.
- If we pay you more than you're owed by mistake, we'll tell you and may adjust it against future cashback or ask you to return the excess.
